Happy New Year from Oaks Hamlet

Although we have seen the effects of the credit crunch affecting the property market, Environ Country Homes still had lots to celebrate in 2008. We were very pleased to win the prestigious Homes and Garden award for our show home country garden at Oaks Hamlet in Kings Hill, Kent. Towards the end of the year we had further acclaim at the What House Awards ceremony picking up a silver award in the category of ‘Best House' and a bronze award for ‘ Landscaping ‘at the Oaks Hamlet modern homes development.

The community at Kings Hill is still expanding, with the latest residents taking possession of their new home just before Christmas. We set out to create a small and friendly community based around greens and courtyards and country homes and this goal is being achieved. Residents regularly get together and many of them celebrated the New Year with each other.
Building of these luxury new homes near West Malling is still continuing and we have more families looking forward to the day when they to move into their new modern homes.
